TOGAF- SETTING COURSE FOR ENTERPRISES

It was at the initiative of the Open Group that TOGAF course was formulated for the enterprise owners and their managers so that they could follow correct, effective, efficient and agile policies in the fields of Information Technology and Services. The main objective of introducing these policies and frameworks was that an enterprise could evolve to grow in the future without causing much turbulence to the existing systems. It is easier to state this but the ground reality is that it involves lot of analysis and study which is done by specialised people called Enterprise Architects. TOGAF course helps you to become one.
The four main components of any enterprise are its Manpower, Information, Technology and Operations. Every enterprise has particular frameworks under which these four components function. Over the years it becomes imperative to have a relook at these frameworks to find out whether the organisation is heading in the direction envisioned by its leaders. The future growth of the organisation is the prime criterion in this review. This is where the enterprise architects come to play their role of studying and analysing the existing systems and work out the changes required to be made for the future growth of the company. TOGAF training makes this expertise possible.
TOGAF course also serves to make you IT literate. The expensive IT wing of an organisation needs monitoring to ensure that its frameworks are effective and efficient and the IT tools being requisitioned by all departments have relevance to their objectives and growth. This enables a strict watch over the IT policies and you as an enterprise architect can keep an eye over the IT expenditure. The process of examining the IT wing and documenting the results is the function of enterprise architect. TOGAF training makes you excel in this skill.
The service provider these days designs his service in such a way that the customer availing has no complaints, delays or setbacks. A customer desires quick and efficient service, the enterprise architect studies the process in detail to ascertain the number of hands through which a service passes before it finally reaches the end user. These WIPs (Works In Process) decide the agility of the process. The lesser the WIPs, the faster is the process. This paradigm shift is the responsibility of the enterprise architect.
Irrespective of the size of the enterprise and the kind of product it sells in the market TOGAF training helps in the growth of the enterprise. To evolve into something better than its existing status is the endeavour of every enterpreauner. The enterprise architect does that for him. Ascertaining whether the changes being made are effective, efficient and durable is the responsibility of the enterprise architect. The TOGAF certification empowers you to take up such a heavy responsibility. The analytical mind that you develop after doing TOGAF course stands you in good stead to assume such a responsibility.
There is no do doubt that doing TOGAF certification will be a jump start for you to take up bigger responsibilities in ensuring growth of an organisation.
