Individual TOGAF Certification has grown double in numbers in 12 months.

TOGAF Certification is demanded by every IT architecture company nowadays, the benefits of having TOGAF Certification is known to every organization and they are looking to hire large number of enterprise architects who have the completed TOGAF training course. The statement is not made without any documentation, it has been seen by none other than the accreditation agency The Open Group.

The agency claims that there are now more than 14,800 certified TOGAF personnel working in the companies. The data has been provided by Mr. Andrew Josey, who works with The Open Group in the position of Director of Standards. Currently, he is engaged in standards and process of the group; and he has been a leader for many of the earlier standard projects which include TOGAF Certification 9.1, IEEE STD 1003.1, etc. Andrew has handled many responsibilities at the open group company; he has been into development and operations of great programs like TOGAF Certification, LINUX standard base, UNIX system and IEEE POSIX. He is also a member with many associations which are interested in Enterprise Architects.

In his recent blog, he referred to the increase in number of TOGAF Certification 9 professionals since July 2012. The total number he mentioned was 14,851, which is double in comparison to last year certification number. Last year in 2012, the total numbers of TOGAF Certification given were 7,640 individuals who had opted in for TOGAF training course. Working on the latest statistics, Andrew's analysis says that every quarter there has been a growth of two thousand individuals in the TOGAF course certification.

We all know that TOGAF Certification is accepted and recognized all over the world. Many countries are using it for developing their business internationally. But, in the research, the top five countries were: United Kingdom, The Netherlands, United States of America, Australia and India.

United Kingdom, United States of America, The Netherlands, Australia, India, Canada, South Africa, Finland, France, China, Norway, Sweden, Germany, Belgium, United Arab Emirates, Denmar, Japan, New Zealand, Saudi Arabia, Czech Republic.

The United Kingdom leads the chart with highest number, more than two thousand, of TOGAF Certification issues last year. There are many countries in the list, who are not so in the list of top economies, but they also have adopted TOGAF training course for their architecture requirements. Across the world, The Open Group has 43 TOGAF training partners for version 9 TOGAF Certification and they have 48 accredited TOGAF Certification 9 courses.
